This starter pack comes with 4 x 120g mini packs which will provide 1 full portion or about 2 half portions each.
Bright : Any type of milk, coconut water, unsweetened juice or plain water
Bliss : Almond milk, oat milk, coconut water
Spark : Whole milk, unsweetened apple or cranberry juice
Zen : Coconut water, unsweetened apple juice
15 cubes for a full portion
7 to 8 cubes for a half portion (perfect size for a snack!)
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Bright : strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, banana, dates, oats
Bliss : mango, pineapple, banana, oats
Spark : dragonfruit, lychee, banana, oats
Zen : baby spinach, green apple, pineapple, banana, dates, oats
- Add frozen cubes to blender and cover the cubes with liquid of choice.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
No Blender method
- Add frozen cubes to a mason jar or tumbler and cover the cubes with liquid of choice.
- Wait 20 minutes, shake until smooth.
A simple rule of thumb is to add enough liquid to cover the cubes for a smoothie. For smoothie bowls, we recommend adding 50% the usual amount for a thicker consistency. Nevertheless, you may feel free to adjust the amount of liquid by adding more or less according to your personal preference.
